Amy Elizabeth

Amy Elizabeth was born and raised in beautiful Southern California where she began exploring the Arts. Growing up she loved to dance, and practiced Jazz and Tap dancing. She later found her passion in music and played multiple instruments starting with the violin, then moving on to guitar and piano. She studied art throughout high school and took a deep dive into art history, composition and painting in college. As a struggling artist striving to find direction and purpose, working 2 jobs at a time, she gave in to life’s loop to study pharmacy and medicine to then become a pharmacy technician. Her loves and passions were put on hold thinking that everyone is suppose to have “good job”, get married and have a family, etc. Deep down she knew this was not what she wanted and knew there was more to life. This led to depression, mental struggles and trying to finding self-worth and purpose. Painting became a task and the creativity started to fade. Her passions and loves were still there but they were buried deep within. 2017 became the year of change. A past friendship became and intimate one and the enthusiasm hidden within slowly awakened. Working a job she hated for 18 years motivated her to pursue nutrition; Functional Nutrition to be precise. She wanted to help others open their eyes, to not only become conscious of what’s on their plate, but how their “plate” impacts their lives in every aspect. She wanted to empower people to take charge of their health. Currently, Amy practices Functional Nutrition and still gets a little creative with her art and music.

Christopher Tyler

Colorado raised Christopher Keith Tyler aka CKT, is a whimsical story telling comedian. His energy on stage is filled with a range of characters and a visually overwhelming presence. Starting his journey in comedy began when his 13 year old son was born. Pulling his material from his disturbingly untraditional family upbringing, life observations, and beyond belief personal experiences. Chris’ father takes credit for how nice Chris is thanks to “dropping” him often as a baby. Due to a custody battle, Chris went to different schools, nearly every grade bouncing between Colorado, Atlanta, and California. This lifestyle formed him into something some describe as strange yet strangely comforting. In grade school, regularly being the new kid; Chris naturally used comedy as a defense mechanism. He is very witty with the art of conversation. Starting out taking a comedy class in Santa Monica, CKT caught the stage fever immediately at his first show at the Hollywood Improv Comedy Club. From being on multiple comedy podcasts, performing group Improv (“Spontaneous Scene Work”) weekly for 4 years alongside comedians such as Mark Christopher Lawrence, Paul Ogata, & many more, winning comedy competitions, and hosting/performing in comedy clubs such as: Aces Comedy Club, 3rd Street Live, Improv Comedy Clubs, Comedy Store(s), Laugh Factory, ACC, Jon Lovitz Comedy Club at Universal Studios, and many more! Currently, CKT runs comedy nights weekly at “The Shamrock Irish Pub & Eatery” and “Solaris Beer & Blending”, co-hosts alongside his wife Amy on their podcast “Knot So Funny” (where CKT massages/interviews entertainers & Amy cooks everyone a meal), and created Murrieta’s first annual “KAWmedy Festival” on April 1st. www.kawmedyfest.com
